Back in the old days, touch screens were limited to computer screens mostly for some high-tech entry into some high-tech information material. These days, touch screens are day-to-day interface to do just almost anything under the sun.

The iTouch by Apple is one of the latest addition to gadget world's list for I-can-do-almost-anything-you-want-me-to-do.

There is news from Nikkei economic daily saying that Japan's Toyota Motor Corp. is planning to install solar panels on the roof of its Prius to power part of the vehicle's air conditioning. It was not made clear however whether this move was to make the popular car more green or just simply to allow for more market sales for a less "fuel dependent" vehicle.
